This role is responsible for generating sales by marketing the Senior Executives that we work with. This is done by contacting our current and past clients we have worked with in one capacity or another. Also through networking which enables you to meet new clients. By fulfilling clients’ HR needs with great candidates that are the RIGHT fit and not just anyone. 

This is a recruiting position which involves clients correspondence, creating and placing job ads, screening/sourcing for resumes, and interviewing candidates. 

Compensation: Straight commission with perks and bonuses. Hourly rate can be discussed with the right candidate.

Business Development

This position is with a small base and commission to start with. As you grow so do your perks and bonuses which are based on performance and has potential of leading to management.

There is no cold calling as the admins and the inside sales people will be helping to set up your phone appointments YOUR job.... closing the sale!

You are expected to be on the move hustling and bustling. You have the experience and confidence to close any sale that comes your way and doing some follow up as well. The sky is the limit in this position and has the opportunity to grow into management within 6 months to a year.

BOOKKEEPER - CO-OP STUDENT OR INTERN PREFERRED 

Our client is in need of someone that is just finishing up their Bookkeeper or accounting course and in need of hands on experience. They are well known in the community and help where they can. This is one of the times they are able too.
You will be working in head office for a very successful food business. Location is Scarborough. Your hours may vary but will be within 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday office hours.
1) Familiar with Ms EXCEL- Data entry in to spreadsheets 
2) Quick books- Make journal entries in quick books
  write cheques
  reconcile bank accounts  
  familiar with financial reports 
*The successful individual needs to have accounting knowledge in order to work with journal entries and reports.
